C&M Sugar Land Spray Foam Insulation

About our Sugar Land insulation company

A worker in protective coveralls applies spray foam insulation to an attic roof and walls beside foil-wrapped ductwork.

How I came to insulation work

I came to insulation later than most. I spent years in an office job, then learned the trade on another contractor's crew, and in 2013 we started our own business here in Sugar Land. Most of our calls still start the same way, with a hot upstairs, a power bill that keeps climbing or an attic nobody has looked at in years. Property managers and small business owners call us too.

What I care about most is the order of the work. Insulation laid over a leak or a problem nobody fixed just hides it, so we fix first, seal the gaps next and insulate last. I'd rather tell you a job should wait than sell you one that won't hold up. We work in Sugar Land and the cities around it, and you'll find everything we do on our home page.

What it's like to work with us

  • I look at your house before we price it

I come out to every job myself and get up in the attic before we put a number on it, so your estimate is built on your house and not a guess. After our installers finish, I check the work with you.

  • An estimate you can compare

Every estimate lists the steps we plan, in order, so you can set it beside other bids and see what each one leaves out. Anything that needs fixing before insulation goes in is written down up front, not found halfway through.

  • We'll tell you when to wait

If the old insulation is soaked or full of droppings, or there's a leak overhead, I'll tell you that comes first, even if it means the insulation waits. Call (832) 303-7078 or send us a request, and we'll reply within one business day.

How we handle the job

  1. Permits settled

We find out whether the city or the county covers your address. If the work needs a permit, we apply for it and keep you posted on inspections.

  2. Fix first

We deal with wet or dirty old insulation, droppings and leaks before anything new goes in, so the problem doesn't stay hidden under fresh material.

  3. Seal the gaps

We do air sealing, closing the gaps around recessed lights, pipes and the attic hatch, so your new insulation isn't fighting a draft.

  4. Even coverage

We carry the insulation full depth out to the edges, not just the middle, and keep the vents along the roof edge clear so the attic can breathe.

  5. Clean finish

We cover your floors and vents while we work and clean up before we leave. Then we walk the finished job with you.
